No, Bumping is reviving a thread thats old enough to barely have any value, which is why some forums dont like bumping. 24 hours isnt long enough for a true bump, Since it will most likely still contain value. The reason why bumping is ok, if it was a game, or a fan art/fic thread, since those threads have no possibility in losing value.
